Based in Sheepbridge Chesterfield, our company is predominantly made up of five divisions within our 40,000 sq. ft premises, offering some of the latest machinery and technology.

This enables us as a company to remain at the cutting edge of the industry, offering a full in-house service from design to delivery. Our team of highly skilled and experienced Engineers are committed to our customers’ total satisfaction ensuring that not only are products manufactured to exact requirements but also aim to surpass quality expectations and delivery requirements.

As a family-run business, Direct Engineering has consistently reinvested in both our workforce and the latest technology. This keeps ourselves extremely competitive but also guarantees that our customers receive the very best in service and quality.

What began as a small fabrication shop in 1997 has now become a diverse Company with multi skilled staff. We have focussed our efforts within our facility in Chesterfield to bring all services in-house to offer Laser Cutting, CNC Pressing, CNC Turning & Milling, Mild Steel, Stainless and Aluminium Fabrication, Sheet Metal, and Inspection – all under one roof at our Chesterfield factory.

Direct Engineering has exceptionally skilled site engineers working both nationwide and throughout Europe, specialising in the installation of material handling equipment, vacuum conveying and chiller pipework systems within the Plastics and Food Industries.
