Our CNC lathes are capable of handling large components, with a maximum capacity of up to 3000mm in length and 900mm in diameter. With the incorporation of ‘Y’ Axis driven tooling, our CNC machines can perform milling, drilling, and tapping operations on the face and outside diameters of components without the need for secondary operations on other machines or additional parts handling.
High Efficiency with Bar Feeding Lathes
In addition to our standard CNC lathes, our capacity list includes two bar feeding lathes that offer maximum throughput, quality, and efficiency. Bar feeders automatically supply the CNC lathes with raw material, allowing for continuous, unattended machining. This capability significantly reduces manual labor, increases production speed, and ensures consistent quality in the turned components.
